Practice Lead, Business Applications - Customer Engagement

Intergen seeks an outstanding Practice Lead for our Business Applications (Customer Engagement) Operations team!

The Role
As the Practice Lead, Business Applications you will lead our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement support team.  You will be providing people management and operational leadership across our customers by implementing relevant strategy, providing mentoring and support to the team.
You will also:
  • Lead and maintain a wide range of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
  • Establish and maintain influential customer, supplier, and partner relationships
  • Absorb and translate highly complex information and communicate this effectively
  • Act as the key liaison and ensure effective collaboration between teams and key stakeholders
  • Work proactively with other leads and the Practice Manager to manage business capability and capacity and ensure this is aligned with current needs, ensure target billability is achieved
  • Input to cost budgeting, financial forecasting and performance management

You will have the following experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar leadership role, or have an extensive background in customer facing delivery of Dynamics 365 (leading the team)
  • Team management and people leadership including recruitment, capacity and capability planning and individual professional development
  • Experience providing input to commercials, budget management and people planning
  • Technical leadership in business applications, ideally across the Microsoft stack
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and or appropriate industry certifications/experience
