Join our Business Applications West practice as our newest Senior Customer Engagement Consultant in Adelaide.
As a Senior Functional Consultant, Customer Engagement (formerly CRM) within our Business Applications team you'll take ownership for the implementation, configuration and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects to provide outstanding business solutions. You'll conduct Dynamics Solutions demos and pre-sales presentations, building those customer relationships from the get-go. You'll work in partnership with our clients, advising them on how to use Dynamics to meet their business objectives within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of consultancy, configuration engagements and solution delivery, working with peers and clients to ensure successful delivery
- Undertake client consultancy and product configuration in line with business requirements
- Develop prototypes to prove the solution approach and design
- Provide quality assurance across solutions and client engagements as a value-add to the quality of solutions and deliverables
- Work in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology thus enabling them to meet their business objectives, overcome problems and gain an understanding of high-level technical concepts
Your Experience
- Experience in installation, configuration and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (formerly CRM) solutions
- Experience from pre-sales to final delivery; ensuring that each solution is appropriately scoped, designed, implemented and tested to meet our client's business needs
- Confidence working directly with clients, and aptitude for gaining a thorough understanding of their vision will be huge strengths
- A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team
